Online Encore customer training now available
We now offer online webinar based modules in addition to the onsite and classroom based courses we have previously provided.
Our online training courses are designed to provide Encore users with expert guidance about specific features and functions and quickly and easily as possible.
The Encore customer training courses are provided by our senior consultants via webinars which can very easily be accessed from wherever a user is working. Each course lasts between one and two hours, meaning users can improve their working knowledge of Encore in a short space of time, with minimal disruption to their working day.
We will be holding the online Encore customer training courses throughout the year, however, if you would like to book a specific time and date for any of the training modules listed below, please contact us.

Management Reporting – Thursday 19th January
Would you like to maximise your use of Encore’s powerful reporting functionality? There are many changes you can make to the system’s standard reports using built-in filters and report generation tools – this course will teach you how. The course covers:
- Basic reporting setup
- How to use report filters
- Importing data into Microsoft Excel
- Customising the appearance of printed documents
- How to re-design reports by adding calculations, sub-totals, conditional expressions and more
Who should attend?
This course is suitable for new and intermediate Encore users who are required to produce reports on a regular basis. It’s ideal for new users who are learning to use the system for the first time and more experienced personnel who are responsible for accounting and management reporting.

Cost: £149.99 plus VAT per person, with a 10% discount if 2 or more people attend the same course from the same company.
