Introduction

Our online training courses are designed to provide Encore users with expert guidance about specific features and functions and quickly and easily as possible.

The courses are provided by our senior consultants via webinars which can very easily be accessed from wherever a user is working. Each course lasts between one and two hours, meaning users can improve their working knowledge of Encore in a short space of time, with minimal disruption to their working day.

Getting started with Encore

Getting Started with Encore provides new uses with an initial introduction to the systems and its key features, including accounting, stock control and reporting.
